Website Designer
ABOUT ME
My name is Adrienne Burney, I always had natural skills in the arts, specifically drawing. Over the years, I have exhibited a strong sense of creativity while testing my artistic boundaries through education. I utilized those skills and in return, I received my associate’s degree in Entertainment Technology and bachelor’s degree in arts. During the outbreak of COVID-19, I decided to take a course to gain understanding about frontend development. So, I attended boot camps to further understand web development.
However, my interest continued in creating and designing, specifically my discovery with designing user-interface websites since it resembled my graphic design background knowledge. Once I learned about website design, I invested in a boot camp course to obtain my skills and received my UX Professional certificate in July 2023. My passions are designing beautiful e-commerce websites for clients and non-profited organizations.
My overall mission is to help establish a message that the clients want to convey to their target audience who will resonate with their products and services. It should be visually appealing, easy to navigate, interactive, engaging, and inclusive to ensure a user-friendly experience.
My Creative Design Approach
1. Introduction:
My process begins with the introduction of the assignment, actively listening and fully understanding primary needs and specific challenges that is presented from a client.
3. Design:
I develop a customize layout that aligns seamlessly with the business objectives; until the final design template is integrate into the website.
2. Strategy:
Detailed data is then gathered through research to help me identify key elements to establish strategies that will improve the overall experience for users when they are on the client’s website.
4. Execution:
Once user-interface elements is incorporated into the prototype and is presented to the client for finalization, the entire layout design is implemented for user engagement, optimizing user experience, accessibility, and sustainability.
5. Launch:
Analytics tools are used to track and monitor the overall performance of a website’s traffic, user engagement, and/or conversion rates to understand if the redesign of the website delivered positive returns and contributions for the client.
What makes me different is my willingness to evolve, adapt, learn, and stay inspired by all of the possibilities so that I constantly improve to become a better designer each day.
When you think big, then big things will happen to you. Dare to dream, express yourself in full color, and dare to be different.
